Supply of hand towels and hand dryers

Supply of hand towels and hand dryers covering set of grouping requirements for 224 health institutions that are members of the GCS UniHA (listed in appendix 1 to the CCSI). The GCS UniHA is itself a memberthe grouping of orders, as part of its central purchasing business (establishments benefiting from the central purchasing lists listed in Annex 2 to the SCC). The public market is established in the form of a framework agreement with one-off purchase orders with no minimum or maximum in value or quantity, pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

Supply of hand towels in rolls and folds, distributors associated where appropriate and hand dryers: the expected date of commencement of execution of the market is fixed at 1.9.2019 for the 1 incoming establishments. Given the size of the market, the means to implement and the current market maturitiesa gradual integration of the members is, in fact, programmed according to a 16-month commitment schedule from 1.9.2019 to 1.1.2021. The market is established for an initial period that will be gradually completed from 31.8.2023 to 31.12.2024, according to a schedule of withdrawal of establishments of 16 months on the schedule of their integration. The market can be tacitlyrenewed once, for a new period which will be gradually closed from 31.8.2026 to 31.12.2027. The market is therefore established by the coordinator for a total duration of 100 months, including renewal period. However, in view of the schedule of integration and of the staggered commitment of the establishments, the effective duration of execution of the market is stopped at 84 months maximum foreach member is concerned.
