The participant shall be removed from participation in the procedure and subject to the prerequisites of Art. 107 PPL. Participants designated for public procurement contractors should submit a guarantee to the Contracting Authority, which will ensure the performance of the public procurement contract. The amount of the guarantee is 5% (five percent) of the value of the contract without VAT, and the guarantee must be valid for at least 30 (thirty) days after the expiration of the relevant contract.
