The purpose of this contract is to entrust the holder (s) of the market (s) with the work of rehabilitation, renovation, improvement andparations and maintenance of buildings in the commune of Clamart. The perimeter of the market includes existing buildings and buildings currently under construction or under construction, which will be integrated in the heritage of the city during the validity of this market.

Main Site: Communal buildings of the City of Clamart .

The purpose of this contract is to entrust the (x) titulaire (s) of the market (s) the work of rehabilitation, renovation, improvement, major repairs and maintenance of buildings in the town of Clamart. The perimeter of this market includes existing buildings and buildings currently under construction or under construction, which will be incorporated into the City's heritage during the period of validity of this Act.ark. Lot 3a concerns painting and soft floor covering.

1) The DUME or the letter of application and rehabilitation of the representative by his co-contractors (prints DC1, according to the model attached to the DCOE) obligatory in case of grouping and / or for allotment or for the candidates presenting themselves: a letter of candidature specifying the object of the market and the identification of the candidate anda declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-6 of the code of the public order (according to model joined to the DCOE);

2a) The DUME or the candidate's declaration (print DC2, as per template attached to the DCOE) or any other document showing the following: a presentation of the commercial, social and legal identification of thendidat.

2b) The DUME or the declaration of the candidate (printed DC2, according to the model attached to the DCOE) or any other document presenting the following element: a statement relating to the global turnover and to the turnover concerning more specifically the delivery to be made in the last 2 years.

Each lot of this market is a mixed multi-award framework agreement, allocated to amaximum of 2 holders, executed either by purchase orders issued as and when the contracting authority needs in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order, either by the awarding of subsequent markets, in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the above-mentioned code. The perimeter of the works executes by purchase orders and subsequent contracts is defined in Article 2.4 of the SCC in respect of the subject of the contract.

Terms of payment and financing: refer to Article 7 of the SCC relating to the subject of the contract.
