Solutions of telephony systems and associated services
Candidates can choose to answer with:
1) the device DUME and benefit from the features offered by the service DUME. The candidat informs the DUME form directly online on the buyer profile mentioned in point I.3) of this notice. The conditions of access are specified in the regulation of the consultation;
2) or the device using:
2.1) the contained in the file of consultation (or equivalent) which contains: the conditions of the candidature; the certificates provided for in Articles R. 2143-3 of the code of the public order;
2.2) it appears in the consultation file (or equivalent) which contains the elements indicated in points III.1.2 and III.1.3) below. The elements of capacity may be completed under the conditions laid down at the end of 22.3.2019, setting out the list of information and documents that may be requested from applicants for public contracts. These forms liedin points 2.1) and 2.2) are downloadable under the conditions set out in point I.3 of this notice;
3) where applicable, the power (s) of the person (s) authorized ( s) to hire the candidate. In case of grouping, all the elements required in points 1), 2.2) and, where appropriate, 3) above must be sent for each member of the group.
Overall turnover in EURHT. For the last 3 years available or equivalent (if exercised less than or equal to 12 months, it shall be returned by UPAP over 12 months on a pro rata basis)
This framework agreement without any minimum or maximum means a framework agreement executing purchase orders in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 para. 2 of the code of the public order:
- the expression mentionse in point IV-2-7) of this notice is understood to mean. The consultation file and the notice of operation are in free and direct access without the candidates having to identify themselves. However, the identification of the candidate is strongly advised. Candidates answering with the DUME indicate the order of preference of the lots in the document attached to the consultation file,
