The performance agreements will be finalized under the current 2014-2020 funding period of the European Social Fund (ESF). Specifically, the ESF administrative authority (Dept. VI / A / 9, Federal Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Consumer Affairshere in its implementing role in the Investment Priority (IP) "Equality for women and men in all areas, including access to employment and career advancement, reconciliation of work and private life and the promotion of the principle of equal pay for equal pay Work "(short: IP equality of women and men) of the current OIn the framework of the project 1 "Career and Income", a company-oriented counseling and support of companies is to be offered, which uses them for gender-oriented HR processes with focus on income and to professionalize and / or professionalize.

To the current requirement eA decision by the authorities on the permissibility of doing business in Austria as well as on the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. Lot 1: Umsatzerloese: Economic viability is only given if the turnover of the tenderer (for groupings of undertakings: the turnover of all members together) has averaged at least EUR 500 000 (excluding VAT) per financial year for the last 3 financial years. Credit: proof of up-to-date credit rating (not older than 6 months) of a credit institution, with wIt confirms that the tenderer is creditworthy, not over-indebted and not at risk of bankruptcy, or that he submits a current rating from a recognized rating agency (not older than six months) certifying a low risk to the tenderer.
