Supply of contract for delivery of home delivery services to residents of Frederiksberg

The offer includes production and delivery of food for visiting citizens in their own homes in Frederiksberg Municipality. The food is to be delivered as a cow meal and it is about to be delivered approx. 102, 000 main meals are distributed on 4 different dietary forms.

The tender is conducted as a public invitation to tender pursuant to Section III on the purchase of social and other specific services in Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015, the "Public Procurement Act."

The offer includes the production and delivery of food to visitors citizens in their own homes in Frederiksberg Municipality. The food is to be delivered as a cow meal and it is about to be delivered approx. 102, 000 main meals are annualt divided into 4 different dietary forms. The food is to be delivered to citizens who are vis---vis food service in accordance with section 83 of the Service Act.

Frederiksberg Municipality is considering converting to 0cology corresponding to the Swedish Veterinary and Food Administration's S0lvspisemaerke. The bidder must therefore bid prices on an assortment, both with and without requirements for 0cology, so that the municipality in January 2019 can decide whether or not toa conversion to at least 60% organic raw materials is made in accordance with the sales mark.

The contract offered relates solely to a role as the main supplier. Other bidders may request to be approved supplier if they can meet the same price and quality requirements as the main suppliers.

Furthermore, the municipality reserves the right to introduce free-choice certificates under Servicelo- 91 (2), if the municipality can not in any way secure the freedom of choice between the various suppliers.

The tender is carried out through the Ethics offer system.

Business is declared to be not covered by the following grounds for exclusion: - Criminal proceedings, - Gaeld to the public,
