According to company strategy Municipal Company Traffic Management Bucharest S.A. regarding the modernization of existing intersections, namely the transfiguration of new intersections, it is necessary to acquire fiber optics and accessories by concluding aagreement-2-year framework and the conclusion of subsequent contracts as required. The framework agreement will be signed by the beneficiary with only one bidder whose bid has been declared acceptable, conforming and winning. Under the framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be signed for a period of 6 months. The number of days until economic operators can ask for clarification, in advanceThe contracting authority will respond to the clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

Total estimated quantity for the acquisition of fiberoptics and accessories is 158, 000 ml fiber optics and 1, 000 pieces of accessories, with a maximum frame value of 1 198 232, 00 RON without VAT, with a 24-month period. Under the framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be signed for a period of 6 months. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 299 558, 00 RON without VAT. 1-Neincain the situations provided for in art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
Qualifying conditions: the tenderer (associations in the case of joint tenders, subcontractors in the case of subcontracting and third party supporters) or members of the management, management or supervisory bodies of that economic operator, have power of representation, decision or control within it must not be in the situations provided by art. 164 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Confirmation Documents: The Single European Procurement Document, which must result in non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
