The tenderer must submit a signed European Contractto the procurement document (EBDD).
The procurement object is not split into parts. Suppliers must offer the full range of goods. The subject-matter of the purchase is not subdivided, since the subject-matter of the purchase consists of closely related goods and parts thereof. Splitting the subject-matter of the contract into lots would render the performance of the contract difficult from a technical point of view, since the implementation of the different parts of the subject-matter of the contractThis would jeopardize the smooth functioning of the contracting authority and the integrity of the results. Splitting purchases into parts and delivering to different suppliers would create an excessive coordination burden for suppliers, potentially disrupting supplies and risking the limits of supplier liability. It is likely that buying smaller kthe price of individual parts would be higher.
