The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender criterion, exclusively on price.
For the signing of the contract, a performance guarantee is required, in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is 5%the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and is deposited before or at the time of signing the contract.
