The need of the contracting authority of the water supply infrastructure company owned by the company Drinking water source Karany, as is to provide professional and specialized services necessary for the regular, gas and safe operation of this infrastructure in compliance with the operating order, their duties and the requirements of the relevant laws and their implementing regulations, in particular:

Main Site: The place of public procurement is the artificial infiltration area, the premises of the contracting authority in Karany and Sojovice, the contractor's premises with which the contract was concluded and the other place designated by the contracting authority .

The need of the contracting authority of the water infrastructure operator owned by the Drinking Power Companydy Karany, as is to provide professional and specialized services necessary for the operation, operation and safe operation of this infrastructure in accordance with the operational order, the decisions of the administrative offices and the requirements of the relevant laws and their implementing regulations, especially: - Act No. 274/2001 On Water Supply and Sewerage Systems, as amended, - Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Public Healthand the amendment of some related laws, as amended, - Act No. 526/1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, - Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of some laws, in the wording - The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to prove the fulfillment of the basic capacity to the extent required by - 74 of the Act in accordance with - 75 of the Act.the provider has proved the fulfillment of professional competence in the scope of the provisions of Section 77 (1) and Section 77 (2) of the Charter. a) The law of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with - 170 of the Act, reserves the right to terminate the enforcement proceedings even without fulfilling the grounds for revocation under - 127 of the Act.
