This contract concerns a framework agreement for the delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of various types of operating lamps and examination lamps.
Main Site : Campus Sint-Lucas, Groenebriel 1 in 9000 Ghent
This lot concerns the delivery, entry into service and maintenance of both single anddouble ceiling-mounted operating lamps.
1) The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016.
2) The tenderer encloses with his tender recent (not older than 3 months on date of opening of tenders) extract from the criminal record or an equivalent document issued by ajudicial or governmental authority of the country of origin or provenance that the specified requirements have been met
The UEA, whereby the tenderer declares that he meets the following selection criteria: The tenderer proves his financial capacity by presenting the most recent annual accounts or the annual accounts filed for the last 3 available financial years, to be added to his tender.
For tenderers from Belgium, the contracting authority will collect the necessary balance and profit and loss accounts digitally via the Telemarc application after opening the tenders.
