The quantities quoted in Appendix 1 are estimated and the Assignor does not undertake to place the entire quantity within the term of the contract. Separateof item 1 is intended for implementation by specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, whose subject is included in the list of goods and services under art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, approved by Council of Ministers Decree № 591 / 18.7.2016, prom. No. 67 / 26.8.2016 - The Recipient does not impose requirements - The Recipient does not impose requirements - Participants' tenders are filed in a case1. The assignor shall remove from the procedure any participant for whom there are grounds for removal, related to the personal condition of the participants under Art. 54, para 1 of the PPA, which occurred before or during the procedure, and the participant certifies the presence or absence of the specified circumstancesby filling in the annexed to the documentation template of the EEDOP by the respective persons referred to in Art. 40, in accordance with Art. 41 of the RSPC. Where the participant is a grouping of natural and / or legal persons, the stated reasons apply to each member of the grouping. Other grounds for removal:

2.1. The assignor removes from the procedure any participant for whom one of the grounds under artArticle 107 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority shall remove a participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, except in the cases of the exceptions under Art. 4 According to Art. 5, para. 1, p. 3 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their real owners, in the event that one of the ones referred to in Art. 4 exemptions from the prohibition under Art. 3, item 8 of the same law on the basis of incorrect data, the participant will be removed from the procedure if-it is not over. If the circumstance is established, once the procedure has been completed and the tenderer concerned is designated as a contractor, it will not be awarded a public procurement contract, respectively. the contract will be terminated without notice. In the event that the contract is executed, the law provides for the participant to repay all sums received in connection with the performance of the contract, together with statutory interest, and the contracting authority does not owe compensation and indemnity..3. The assignor will remove a participant for whom the identification of the client can not be performed through the means provided by the Money Laundering Act (MIMA), including when the customer is a legal entity, to the natural persons who are its actual owners within the meaning of -2, par. 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the LMML and if the circumstances under Art. 59, para. 1, p.3 of the LMML

2.4. The Contracting Authority shall remove a participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Unlawfully Acquired Property. (PUPONI)

2.5. The Contracting Authority shall remove a participant for whom the circumstances under Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act (PPL)
