The subject of this order is the periodic delivery of new and unused stationery materials and accessories, appropriately packed, for the needs of the TA of NIS - Lovech by lot, as follows:

Main Site: AdmiThe object of the present order is the periodical delivery of new and unused stationery and office accessories, packed in an appropriate way, for the needs of the NPO - Lovech, located in the town of Lovech, 44 Bulgaria Blvd. of TP of NSSI - Lovech on Lot 1 (OP 1) by type and estimated quantities according to Annex 1 of the Public Documents• The assignor does not impose requirements on the fitness for exercise of a professional activity • The assignor does not impose requirements for economic and financial standing • The assignor removes from the procedure any participant for whom the grounds for removal pursuant to Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPA, which occurred before or during the procedure. A participant for whom they arethe grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, has the right to take measures for proving the reliability under Art. 56, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The assignor removes from the procedure any participant for whom the grounds Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential treatmentthe insured person, their controlled persons and their actual owners, except in the cases of the exceptions under Art. 4 of ЗИФОДЮРДРЛТТДДС as well as under Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiture of Unlawfully Acquired Property, and for whom identification and verification of identification of the client can not be carried out through the procedures provided for in the Law on Money Laundering and Money Laundering.
