Subject ofservices: Global solution for the design, supply, implementation, start-up, data migration, testing, maintenance of a new IT infrastructure of the municipality and the implementation of a DRP solution, as well as the supply, installation and commissioning of IP telephony equipment.

Comment: The offer shall comply with the minimum requirements of the IP telephony equipment.ocuments of the market. It will have to adapt according to the technological evolution and propose the most effective solutions on the market at the time of the submission of the offers. The same will apply to the negotiations and the delivery of the negotiated bid (s) until the delivery of the BAFO.

Place of delivery: Uccle - Rue Gatti de Gamond 254.

Background:

The municipal administration of Uccle demenage a large majority of its communal services in a single physical site located Rue Gatti de Gamond 254, in the old buildings of the company Fabricom. This project, whose main objectives are to enable the local administration of Uccle to provide its services to citizens in a centralized and optimal way. The move is planned from August to 2020. ofUccle's municipal administration will therefore centralize all of its IT infrastructure.

The research objectives are to centralize and consolidate the activities on the main site of the Gatti street of Gamond (Ex Fabricom), in order to allow :

- to consolidate and standardize the computer and telephony infrastructure (MPLS integration of all the sites, virtuaimplementation, implementation of virtual workstations)

- strengthen the security of the infrastructure and its applications,

- increase the availability of infrastructure (DRP),

- standardize the operation of tools,

- optimize and centralize the management of the IT department, - decentralize user access: provide uniform access to the resources of the administrationall staff members, irrespective of their place of work, both in the offices and external sites, in a transparent and secure manner.

The scope of the project (called) therefore concerns the two poles of the municipal administration whose Workstations are divided as follows:

- 500 for the pole,

- 350 for the pole.

It must therefore create new computer rooms atwithin this new main site of the municipality and also decided to replace several aspects of its infrastructure such as network, wifi, servers hosting applications, virtual workstations and the telephony solution of the town.

The candidate produces the Single European Market Document, which consists of an updated self-acknowledgmentt which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the applicant is:

1) not in one of the situations exclusion clauses referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the applicable selection criteria which have been established in accordance witharticle 71 of the law of 17.6.2016;
