The market includes the realization on sites of the following services:

The market includes the realization on sites of the following services:

- laying of cable stabilizer,

- tube extraction in the SG including Extraction of the tubes above the spacer plate superieure (ETPESUP),

- laying of seals (BSRU).

The candidate must provide a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141 -5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order in particular that it satisfies the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of thelabor Code. This declaration is to be submitted by the individual applicants and by each member of a consortium and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.

The applicant must submit an extract from the relevant register such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document identifying the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates et by each member of a candidate group

The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its financial sustainability. If, in view of the date of establishment of his business, the applicant does not have all the information, submit equivalent supporting documents.
