The present consultation concera service contract relating to occasional school transport for swimming pool activities. The return journeys concerned will be those between nursery and primary schools located on the territory of the agglomeration and community swimming pools and. The technical details are given in the CCTP. It is a framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum amount of 300, 000 EUR excluding tax.ons included, i.e. for the entire duration of this framework agreement. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The contract will take effect from its date of notification, for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times annually, for a total of four years. Variants are permitted in accordance with the provisions of article 2.2 of the CR. The single-attribute framework agreement being pbased on an open tendering procedure, negotiation is prohibited. The legal form of the group is not imposed, the group can be joint or several, at its discretion. On the other hand, it is not allowed to a candidate to deposit an offer as an individual candidate and member of a grouping. In the same sense, it is not allowed to be a member of several groupsments.
