Occasional road haulage services
This contract concerns the provision of transport services which qualify for the occasional public road haulage services. The service consists of transporting groups in the best conditions of regularity, comfort, cleanliness and safety for reponto the needs of travel:
Market form: has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. Assignment of a single market. Framework agreement for an initial period of 1 year. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 1 000 000.
- declaration of honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender,
- copy of thejudgments pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.
- declaration concerning the global turnover and the turnover of the services covered by the contract, realized during the last 3 years available,
- recent companies will report impossibility to produce these by indicating the date of creation in the frame in place of the CA (s)concerned, will provide a K'Bis extract or declaration to the corporate formalities center and justify their financial and professional capacity by any means (qualifications, professional experience of the manager and staff ...)
The application is submitted either forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr), either under theform of a Single European Market Document (DUME).
