Air transport services, issuance of tickets for passenger air travel, specific technical assistance:

- required quantities: minimum 2 630 tickets - maximum 3 860 tickets,

- respectively: 701 tickets and a maximum of 2 392 tickets); international air transport (minimum 929 tickets and mexim 1 468 tickets),

- Estimated quantities that could be ordered: minimum 1 ticket - maximum 25 tickets.

Quantities and contracted values can be supplemented by 5 to 10% in addition to the amounts related to the contracts subsequent to the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 if the contracting authority asks you to.

Requirement no. 1: identification documents of the bidder. Required requirementie: The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will complete and submit the DUAE by the deadline and deadline for submitting bids. The framing of the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016. Confirmation Documents: art. 168 par. Tenderers will submit the above-requested SEAP documents, signed with an extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider and uploaded to SEAP, in the specific sections available in the IT system and only by to the contracting authorities. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, and the unit prices of the air transport services offered will not be exceeded for the entire duration of the framework agreement.

The maximum number of economic operators that will close framework agreement: maximum 4 economic operators whose offers are availablest designated admissible and which ranked on positions 1 4 in the ranking of the offers drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the technical and financial offers. If the rankings are ranked on the same place, the economic operators on an equal footing will be invited to participate in the framework agreement, even if the specified maximum number is exceeded.

Referendum for awarding contracts-Sub-Sequences: The award criterion to be applied for the award of subsequent contracts is the lowest price of the requested air services (TS flight price / ticket); if multiple flights are requested through the same invitation to refuel, the criterion will be the lowest total price for all requested airline tickets.the competitor will resume the competition between the signatories of the framework agreement by sending by e-mail or fax to the economic operators an invitation to participate in the procedure of awarding the subsequent contracts on the internal and international travel whenever the necessity of organizing trips in country and / or abroad
