CPV Description: Non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services. Refuse recycling services. and utilization of the products produced.

The scope of the contract is the provision of waste management services to the NMC. and exploitation of the produced products.

Main Site: Organized Waste Management Plant D.The site includes, in particular, the continuous operation and maintenance of the facilities of the National Technical University of Athens. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with individual variations per production section), in the most efficient way and with a high level of safety for staff and facilities. The provision of waste management services in the NMS, ais to maximize the recovery of materials or marketable secondary products from mixed municipal waste, to optimize the composting of the biodegradable fraction of pre-formed and pre-treated bioliquids, to the utilization of the products produced, and to minimize the residual fraction resulting from the production process; is led to healthland burial. The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject matter of the services to be provided as defined in Article 1.3 of this Non-hazardous refuse processing services for tThe economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers, which are held in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered with the relevant professionalor economic registers

The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry

The grounds for exclusion are those mentioned in Article 2.2.3 of the Declaration. and financial fitness, economic operators shall provide: (a) balance sheets or balance sheetcases where their publication is mandatory, in accordance with the company law of the country in which it is established, the service provider. If, under the law, the bidder is not required to publish a balance sheet (or the balance sheet for the last financial year has not yet been finalized), then he must submit a(b) a declaration in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A75), as applicable, listing the details of the present procedure, for the submitting the tender and stating the total amount of turnover and turnover in the supply and servicefor the three (3) last financial years, accompanied by supporting documents proving the specific turnover (invoices or approved accounts or statutory auditor's report).

If the enterprises are operating or doing business, with the requested services, for the period that does not allow it3 statutory balance sheets, submit the balance sheets issued and the relevant official data available during that period (eg income tax returns, VAT returns, etc.); Statutory Auditor attesting to the bidder's liquidity index and viability indicator.

If the economic operator, for good reason, is unable to provide(b) a certificate of participation, in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph (1) of this Article, may be submitted by the economic operators (tenderers) Article 72 par. 1a) of Law 4412/2016, which amounts to the amount of(€ 247, 900.00)

The signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which amounts to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and deposited before or at the time of signing the contract.

In the event of a modification of the contract, whichthe contractor shall be required to lodge a supplementary guarantee of up to 5% of the amount of the increase, excluding VAT, prior to the change.
