Context

Main Site: HallApplied Chemistry (building B17), Grande Traverse 3, Quartier Urbanistes 2 a 4000 Liege.

The drying oven will aim to dry up to 140 kg of sludge treatment plant extrude in less than 24 hours . The initial moisture content of the sludge varies between 75% and 85%. It will therefore eliminate up to 100 l of water.

The mud is distributed in perforated baskets up to 14 baskets whose dimensionsare L 500 x D 500 x H 65 mm with a maximum load of 12 kg per full basket (max 10 kg of mud 2 kg basket). The baskets are not part of lot 1.

There is no liquid water that can flow from the basket when loading the oven because it is an integral part of the mud. On the other hand, there will be a lot of water vapor generated during the drying, which is why the oven will have to be adapted.at this high humidity with respect to the electronic parts.

The working temperature will be at most 150 C, but at the minimum of 100 C, even if the drying oven must have a maximum of power to evaporate l 'water. The energy required to dry the sludge is 100 kW / h in less than 24 hours.

The drying oven must be equipped with an optimal forced convection for perfectly homogeneousthe internal air of the oven and of a system of renewal of the air that is to say has a fresh air injection and a evacuation of the air vitiated with a guide of the bugs towards a chimney. The renewal rate must be effective to release the generated water vapor. In case of multiple exit of this steam, they will have to be brought back in a single horizontal duct.

The useful volumetotal will be at least 500 l and the space between 2 support shelves must be at least 120 mm to ensure proper air circulation.

The oven must be equipped with an automatic shut-off timer and must be on wheels to move easily. In addition, the oven does not require monitoring of moisture during drying, nor condensate traps output.

Technical Criteria:
