Televisual examination (ETV) of the cylinder screws of the bundles of Steam Generators (SGS) - 900 MW

The Televisual examination (ETV) of this market relates to anti-seismic abutments of the type screw cylinder fixed on the bundles of certain models of Steam Generator (GV).

The purchase relates to 2 stations and 2 options:

- station 1: the design and the qualification of the tools necessary for the implementation of the END on the cylinder screws of the park's SGS,

- station 2: interventions on CNPE. bundle of certain models of Steam generator (GV).

The objective of the televisual inspection is to make sure of the absence of disorder at the level of the screw-jacks observed, namely:

- absence of one or more screws,

- significant deformation of one or more screws (permanent and visually noticeable deformation in ETV).

- option 1: maintenance of tooling under operational conditions,

- option 2: optional interventions.

- The candidate must provide a declaration on honor to justify that he does not enter any of the cases mentioned in articles L.2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the public procurement code, in particular that it meets the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 a L. 5212-11 of the labor code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates and by each of the members of a candidate group and, if applicable, by the sub-contractors present,

- the candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register such as a K-bis extract, or, failing this, an equivalent document making it possible to identify the candidate. This document is to be provided by individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to theirfinancial sustainability. If, taking into account the date of creation of his business, the candidate does not have all the information, provide equivalent supporting documents.
