Production of press syntheses. The conditions of performance of the contract are listed in the special technical clauses and the special administrative clauses. The market is an ordinary market concluded with a single economic operator. It is unallocated and concluded at pLump sum rix indicated by the grantor in the Global Fixed Price Detail (DPGF). The prices are definitive and firm.

General description: in accordance with Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Order Code, the market is global and not alloti. This choice is justified by the subject of the contract which does not allow the identification of separate services. The owner ofThe market must write and distribute a summary of daily morning press on each departmental field (a synthesis and a synthesis) by electronic mail, to a list of contacts transmitted by the administration. Details: On the one hand, the incumbent must write and distribute press reports every morning from Monday to Friday at 7:30 with an exceptional tolerance of 30 minutes of retard. On the other hand, the incumbent must write and distribute the press reports every morning on Saturday and Sunday at 10 am with an exceptional tolerance of 30 minutes late. The press syntheses are not carried out on public holidays. They are sent each morning by electronic mail (in body of electronic mail and / or in PDF attached). They are diffused without restrictionnumber of recipients to a list provided by the administration. This list is subject to change at any time, simply by emailing a request from the administration.

Applicants must provide the following:

- statement concerning the overall turnover and the figure of cases concerning the services covered by the contract, carried out duringLast 3 years available, depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator`s activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available,

- if, for a reason justified, the candidate is not able to produce the information and documents requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prove his economict paid by any other means considered appropriate by the buyer.
