According to O.U.G. no.58 / 2016 for the modification and completion of some normative acts with impact on the public procurement field, Art. I, SMEs MAY NOT CONSTITUTE GUARANTEE OF PARTICIPATION AND GUARANTEE OF GOOD EXECUTION in the amount of 50% of the value of saltquoted by the contracting authority.

In the sense of the provisions of art.63 paragraph (1) of Law no.98 / 2016 on public procurement, the decision-makers of the contracting authority regarding the organization, and the finalization of the award procedure are:

NOTE:
