Acquisition and installation of radomes for antenna networks ILS

The subject of this framework agreement has purchase orders without minimum amount and with maximum amount is to replace radomes on airports of Nice, Marseille and Tahiti.

Main Site: Nice airports, Marseille, Tahiti.

The description of the services is detailed in the documentsof the consultation (see technical note ref DTI / CNS / NAV)

Supply of the following documents:

1) a letter of application or a DC1 form (document recommended by the contracting authority and downloadable at the following address: http : //www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat);

2) in the absence of DC1, a certificate on the honor justifying that the candidate does not enter anythe cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of order 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 (order downloadable at the following address: https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do;jsessionid=A03B8F74AAF521E401CC3462DC29283C.tpdila13v_2cidTexte = JORFTEXT000030920376provided by the co-contractors and / or subcontractors;

2) for his application file, the candidate may use:

- either the DC1 and DC2 forms above,

- or the Single European Market Document (DUME).

2) the Dossie(DCE) will only be communicated to the selected candidates admitted to negotiation in the tender phase; (3) in addition to Article II-2-5 of this notice, in the tender phase, the selection of tenders shall be will perform according to the following rating criteria:

- technical value of the offer (weighting: 40%),

- price of the benefits (weighting: 40%),

- time (weighting: 20%).

Notas: - the details of the rating system for sub-criteria of technical merit are set out in the Public Call for Proposals Rules, - any offer whose pre-rating score on the technical merit criterion is less than 20 / 40 will be considered inappropriate and automatically rejected in accordance with Article 59-I and III of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to marchesThe details of the price scoring system are also set out in the Public Call for Proposals Regulations. (4) In the course of the negotiation process in the bid phase, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 59- I and III of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets, any unsuitable offer will be eliminated. At each of the rounds of bargaining, bids will bevalue according to the criteria provided. The public body reserves the right to eliminate one or more candidates as and when the rounds of negotiation;

5) pursuant to Article 74 of the Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets, the contracting entity may award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation;
