The subject of the contract is the delivery of natural gas to the offtake points of the ordering party. Motorway Administration (hereinafter referred to as SSUD), Road Administration and Maintenance Centers (hereinafter referred to as SSUR), Investment ty (hereinafter referred to as IO) and the public contracting entity Narodna diaľnična spoločnosť, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as GR)

Main Site: The place of performance of the subject matter of the contract is individual SSUD, SSUR, IO and GR - specified in Appendix no. 2 List of offtake points for part B.3 of the supporting documents.Roadways (hereinafter referred to as SSUD), Speedway Administration and Maintenance Centers (hereinafter referred to as SSUR), Investment Departments (hereinafter referred to as IO) and Public Procurement Facility Narodna diaľnična spoločnosť, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as GR).

The list of offtake points is given in Appendix no. 2 to Part B.3 Commercial Terms and Conditions of Delivery of the Subject of Prohibited Proceedings.

Terms of Participation in Public Procurementaccording to - 32 of the FTA.

1. Only a person who fulfills the conditions relating to personal status pursuant to Article 32 (1) can participate in public procurement. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as ZVO), which are fulfilled pursuant to - 32 para. 2 ZVO in conjunction with - 152 ZVO.

2. If the bidder or interested person has a miesthe business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of its place, place of business or habitual residence shall not be issued by any of the documents referred to in paragraph 2, or shall not be issued with equivalent documents, may be replaced by a declaration of honor in accordance with the regulations in force in its institution, place of business or usually stay.

3. If the right of the applicant or interested in the manger, pleasethe business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic shall not be governed by the institute of honorary promulgation, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a barrel, a legal body, a notary, another professional institute or a business institute according to the regulations in force in the State of establishment, place of business or habitual residence of the applicant or interested. 4th Applicant enrolled in business listaccording to the regulations effective until 28 April 2015 to prove fulfillment of the condition relating to personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 pism. d) ZVO - that it will not submit a confirmation of the relevant keg, not older than 3 months, in the restructuring.

5. Applicant who is a legal entity and is not enrolled in the Business List (eventually)sany in the list of economic operators (the list of entrepreneurs) according to the regulations effective until June 30, 2016 to prove fulfillment of the condition relating to personal status pursuant to Article 32 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO, I have an obligation to submit also a copy of the criminal record for a legal entity, not older than 3 months, issued by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic.(a) an extract from the criminal record of a non-legal person not older than 3 months in the public procurement process directly to the contracting authority or the contracting entity; or (b) adding this information to the list of economic operators. An interested person or applicant with a seat in an EU Member State other than Slovakia rethe audience demonstrates compliance with the conditions of participation by a similar document pursuant to Section 4 and 5, issued by the issuer in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in the country of his / her institution may submit such a document to prove compliance with the conditions of participation. In this case, the contracting authority shall assess the fulfillment of the conditions relating to the status of being overweight to point 1.

The tenderer shall submit the following documents to the tenderer, which shall be documentedthat his / her financial and economic position as proof that he / she is able to fulfill the subject matter of the contract successfully:

Applicant submits a statement by the bank / bank in which he / she maintains his / her ability to fulfill his / her financial obligations, which will not be more than 3 months old on the last day of the submission deadline or a certified photocopy. For spraIf the bidder proves the financial and economic ability according to - 33 par. 2 ZVO, proves this fact by a written contract from which the person's obligation to provide his capacities during the entire contractual relationship must comply with the other requirements stipulated in the provision of - 33 para. 2 ZVO.

3.Public procurer requests, abApplicants and other persons whose capacities should be used to prove their financial and economic standing have been jointly responsible for the performance of the contract.

4.The group of suppliers demonstrates compliance with the conditions for economic and financial standing together. to demonstrate compliance with the conditions of participation by the Uniform European Documentand - 39 ZVO. Applicant fill in parts I to III. JED and can only fill in the section: Globalny for all the conditions of participation of Part IV of the JED without having to fill in other sections of Part IV of JED-1 Procedure in public procurement: public contest pursuant to - 66 par. 7 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement (public reverse charge).
