Natural Gas Supply for Kezmarok and Obtaining a Guarantee for Deviation

The subject of the contract is the supply of 6, 600 MWh of natural gas for 2 years to Kezmarok and its established organizations and the assumption of a guarantee for deviation * Main Site: Kežmarok

Delivery of 6, 600 MWh of natural gas in 2 years

Froma brief and a brief description of the conditions: The applicant must prove that all the conditions for the personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement and on the amendment of some laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). The facilitator shall prove by the documents according to - 32 paragraph 2 that he / she fulfills the conditions of the part concerning the personal status according to --32 ods. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, j. that: a) the economic entity was not, nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body, nor the prosecutor was convicted of the criminal act of corruption, a criminal offense of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, a crime of legalization of crime, the act of founding, rendering, and promotinga criminal offense of founding, representing or supporting a terrorist group, a criminal offense of terrorism and some forms of terrorism, a criminal offense of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense of which the nature of a business or a criminal act in the course of a public procurement and a public auction from criminal records not older than 3 months,

b) hospodarsky subj(c) the economic entity has no tax arrears, the social insurance and contributions for old-age retirement savings in the Slovak Republic or the statute of the company, the place of business or the usual residence - the social insurance company and the health insurance company do not have more than 3 months; in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business, place of business or-(d) the bankruptcy of his assets has not been declared, he is not in restructuring, he is not in liquidation, nor has he been pledged bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets or bankruptcy proceedings for lack of assets - confirmation of the relevant barrel not more than 3 months, e) is entitled to deliver the goods, to certify construction works or to provide a service evidenced by proof of the right to deliver the goods, to carry out construction works or to provide a service which corresponds to the object of the contract; f) not be imposed by a prohibition in part in the public procurement by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the status of a place of business, (g) not allowed in-within three years of the proclamation or demonstrable opening of a serious breach of an environmental, social or labor law obligation under special regulations) for which a sanction has been legally sanctioned, provided that the contracting authority and the contractor prove that he has not preceded by 3 years from the announcement of alor proving the commencement of public procurement of a serious violation of professional obligations, which can prove to the Provider and the Procurer that he / 3 letter. c) the Public Procurement Act: The conditions for participation in the establishment of a person's status and the tax-specific stipulation of the Act on Public Procurement. Communication portal within the meaning of - 20-ods. 2 ZVO is the portal www.ezakazky.sk for the purposes of this order. I will be able to provide any material to any interested person on the communication electronic portal www.ezakazky.sk without limitation. To request and provide the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the name of the bids, c) clicks on the Request for Participation(d) shall be entered in the system in the following manner:

d1) if the economic entity already has an account entered into the system, it shall log in directly with its already provided login data (in the case of forgotten login data, the option of sending the login electronically to the electronic address;

d2) If a business entity does not have an account in the system, click on Registracia and follow the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk. I will be interested in the compelling supporting documents and all other documents related to the tender documents designated by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in public procurementor any other documents provided by the contracting authority within the time limit for the submission of tenders, according to the law, any interested party may, within the statutory time limit, explicitly require a public procurement law to explain them directly in the award of the contract. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period specified by the lawthe electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the application to be delivered to an e-mail address of the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure applies even if the economic entity receives the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. In keeping with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the publicthe contracting authority has identified the above mentioned communications, in the case of communication, the contracting authority will not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the tender documents did not express any individual communication in particular cases. Further details on electronic communications are provided in the tender documentation. How much does the publisher of public procurement in the formula callthe bidding limit limits the number of characters that can be entered in this formula in the text attribute field, it is not possible to specify the electronic communication conditions in the Call text. The detailed definition and determination of the delivery of documents and communication with interested parties and tenderers is indicated in the tender documents by the contracting authority. From this statement only the communication-portal and bases the rules for requesting or asking for explanation. The bidder in his offer will submit the fulfillment of the conditions of the part, the honest declaration, the requirements for the object of the order specified in the tender documents and the other documents required in the tender documents. The contracting authority shall exclude from the tendering of the tenderer and, if, on the basis of the information available, it will lead me to suspectthat the applicant or occupier has entered into an agreement for the discontinuance of the economic activity in a given public procurement with another economic entity.
