CPV Description: Gas supply and withdrawal 2019 The subject of this public procurement is the supply / withdrawal of gas by the tenderer for the purpose of physically aligning the transmission system during the gas day. The contracting authority therefore wished to conclude a contract with the selected supplier for the supply and withdrawal of gas in the sense of BAL NC and the announcement of the Gas Market Rules. The contract will be used only in casethat the necessary equalization action will fail to achieve the higher priority, namely the purchase or sale of gas on the market organized by the market operator. The maximum quantity of gas that the tenderer is obliged to deliver / withdraw for one gas day in the period of fulfillment of the order is 25 000 MWh

The subject of this public procurement is gas supply /of the physical alignment of the transmission system during the day of gas. The contracting authority therefore wished to conclude a contract with the selected supplier for the supply and withdrawal of gas in the sense of BAL NC and the announcement of the Gas Market Rules. The contract will be used only in the event that the necessary balancing action is not successful with a higher priority, namely the purchase or sale of gas on the market by organized operasmarket. The maximum amount of gas that the bidder is obliged to deliver / withdraw for one gas supply day in the period of fulfillment of the order is 25, 000 MWh.

The Contracting Authority may submit a nomination request to the Merchant to deliver or withdraw the specified quantity of gas. The applicant is registered in the Commercial Register or other similar records (a copy of the commercial listing or otherwiseif the applicant is not enrolled in the applicant - the applicant is not in liquidation (affidavit) - the applicant is not bankrupt or the insolvency proceedings have been executed (affidavit) in the last three years - the applicant is licensed by an ERU or other similar (copy of the license).

The applicant is the holder of a license for business activity (copy of the correction).

The applicant proves in the form of relevantnich documents that meet the following economic and financial qualifications:
