This tender relates to Middelfart Municipality's purchase of new truck chassis with diesel engine and 2-chamber compactor boxes for refuse collection trucks for collection of household waste (or household-like waste) in containers. with and without divider. The offering is divided into the following2 sub-contracts:

Purchase of 3 pcs. New 2-axle or 3-axle truck chassis with a diesel engine within a period of 1 year from the date of the contract. 1, and par. 3, and - 136. The tenderer also submits that the tenderer is not covered bythe voluntary exclusion ground stated in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, no. 2.

If the tenderer constitutes an association of companies, the above shall apply to each individual undertaking in the association.

In order for Middelfart Municipality to consider the tenderer as suitable for carrying out the task, the tenderer must fulfill the following minimum requirements for the tenderer's financial and financial formaA: - The solvency of the tenderer in the most recent approved accounts must be at least 10%.
