Principles of procedure: The client awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to providers who comply with the occupational health and safety regulations for employees and equal pay for man andGuarantee women (see also Art. 8 Para. 1 lit. D. OeGB). The cantonal beco Berner Wirtschaft provides information on the occupational health and safety regulations applicable at the place of execution.

Instructions on legal remedies: This invitation to tender can be challenged within 10 days of its publication on www.simap.ch with a complaint to the Building and Transport Directorate of the Canton of Bern. Any complaint must include an application, the statement of facts and evidence, a justification and a signature. The contested tender and gMature evidence must be enclosed.

Closing date / comments: 1 copy of the offer (the offer documents) must be submitted in paper form. Submission by post: A-Postweg (date of the postmark of a Swiss or state-recognized foreign post office; (company postage does not count as a postmark). The provider has the proof in any caseto ensure the timely submission of tenders. Delayed offers will no longer be taken into account.
