The subject of the contract is the supply of vehicles deemed necessary for the enrichment - renewal of the fleet of the Municipality of Corinthia and subdivided into the following 4 groups:

The supply of the new three-axle truck with tipping body will serve the needs of the Technical Services and Urban Planning Department, for transporting bulky objects, traps, earth, etc.

Technical Specifications:

General Characteristics:

The offered vehicle (both car frame and superstructure) will be completely new, The vehicle will be delivered with the necessary inscriptions and other distinctive signs, which will be determined by the Municipality.

All the requirements of the specifications are essential and inviolable. any discrepancy would mean rejection of the offer. Wherever the word is accepted / -5% of the reported price.

Right to participate:

1) the right to participate in the procedure for the award of this contract has natural or legal persons, (a) Member State of the Union; (b) Member State of the Union;European Economic Area (EEA); (c) Third countries that have signed and ratified the SCM to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5; (d) to third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having bilateral or sub-(2) associations of economic operators, including temporary cartels, are not required to have a specific legal form for the submission of a tender, 3) in the case of a bid by an association of economic operators, all its members are liable to the contracting authority, jointly and severally

Appropriateness of a professional activity:

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of thetrade or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or to third countries not covered by the aboveand have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement procedure for this contract and for all groups, economic operators are required to have an average turnover of three (3) last management years, at least over 100% of the budget of the subcontracting group / groups. In the event that the applicant is active for a period of timeless than 3 management years, the average turnover for those business uses is greater than 100% of the budget of the group (s) to be subcontracted (excluding VAT).
