CASCO and RCA Insurance Framework Agreement

Main Site: Drumul Taberei nr. 7 A, sector 6, Bucharest.

RCA insurance for 466 vehicles in 2019 and 496 vehicles in 2020 (401 cars in the existing fleet and 95 new cars, carwill be purchased as follows: 35 completed in 2018, 30 completed in 2019 and 30 completed in 2020.

CASCO insurance for 402 vehicles in 2019 and 432 vehicles in 2020 (340 vehicles from the existing fleet and 92 vehicles which will be purchased as follows: 32 completed in 2018, 30 completed in 2019 and 30 completed in 2020).

Tenderers, third partiesand subcontractors should not be found in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the participating economic operators (leaders, associates, third-party supporters) and subcontractors will be added to the awarding procedure with information related to their situation.l economic intends to subcontract part / s of the contract, the DUAE also includes the requested information on subcontractors. The failure of the DUAE along with the offer (including its associate / third party) raises its rejection as unacceptable.

The failure of the DUAE to firmly support the third party / association agreement (as the case may be)-the supporting agreement or, as the case may be, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement may be clarified.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, to the tenderers ranked in places I, II and III in the interim interim ranking• These documents may be: • Certain certificates regarding the absence of debts due to taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.), certifying the lack of overdue debts at the moment (as these documents will only be requested from the first ranked bidders), II and III, these shall be reported at the time of submission), - The criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision-making or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive document,

- Documents by cit is demonstrated that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as appropriate, - Other editorial documents, as appropriate.

The economic operators in Romania must prove the registration under the conditions of the law in the Trade Register. The requested document isis the registration certificate issued by the ONRC.- Foreign economic operators must prove a form of registration in accordance with the law of the country of residence, from which it is established that it is legally constituted, that they are not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution, as well as the fact that he / she has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the object of the contractat the moment of submission of the DUAE offers, as a preliminary proof of the fulfillment by the economic operator of the conditions / criteria stipulated, before the award of the contract, the bidders placed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place after applying the award criterion to submit the documents that are at the basis of the information / data provided.
