Car Insurance (RCA CASCO) for Engie Romania Car Park

The contracting entity aims to acquire, for the duration of the 36-month framework agreement, car insurance, RCA and CASCO insurance, according to the specifications.

Main Site: Bucuresti.

Cantitati min./max. which may be required during the duration of the framework agreement: minimum 1 RCA and maximum 4 992 RCA, minimum 1 casco and maximum 4 800 casco. Min / Max. which may be required at the level of a subsequent contract: minimum 100 RCA and maximum 1 464 RCA, respectively minimum 100 casco and maximum 1, 400 casco.

- In the first year will enter the park 100 new car, and will exit 100 auto,

- In the year-II will enter the 250 new car park, and 250 cars will go out, - In the third year will enter 250 new car park, and 250 cars will come out.

The first subsequent contract to be concluded will include the cars in the current park of the contracting entity that is the Annex to the specifications.

Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract EUR 2 771 700.

Requirement 1: Statement of non-compliance-in the provisions of art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

Qualification condition: The applicant / associated candidate / subcontractor / third party must not be in any of the situations referred to in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

Mode of accomplishment:

The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure (candidate / associated candidate / sub-contractorThe supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the assumed completion by the DUAE are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting entity, to all the selected candidates before the submission of the invitations for the second stage of the award procedure. (in accordance with Article 205 (3) of Law No 99/2016)the supporting documents may be:

1) certificates of absence of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of their presentation;

2) the criminal record of the operator economic and members of the management, management or supervisory body of that operatorconomic or those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 178 par. (3), 179 (2), art. 180 par. (2), according to art. 184 of Purchase Act 99/2016• In the case of submitting a joint application, the requirement must be fulfilled by all members of the association, as well as by the third party / third party supporter, subcontractor / subcontractor, if any • If in the country of origin or in the country who is established the candidate does not issue documents of the nature of the criminal record, the contracting entity has the obligation to accept aa declaration on its own responsibility or, if there are no legal provisions in respect of the declaration on its own responsibility, a genuine declaration made before a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a form of organization of the liberal professions having competence in this respect .

Note: In the case of bidders who are foreign legal entities, they will be countedno equivalent certificates attesting that they do not register outstanding tax liabilities under the conditions of the applicable law in the country of residence, at the time of submission.

The way to prove the fulfillment of the requirement:

Level inThe financial liquidator for the general insurance activity is not less than 1 at 31.12.2017. (current assets / current liabilities x 100).

The contracting entity has the right to require tenderers to extend the period before the expiry of the offer period. In the case of extending the validity period of the offer, the validity period of the guarantee onany participation will be prolonged accordingly. The tenderer has the obligation to communicate to the contracting entities whether or not he agrees with the extension of the offer's validity period.

The candidate / associated candidate / subcontractor / third party will submit a statement regarding the quality of the participant in the award procedure, which will contain the information the entity contractedit has the obligation to publish them in SEAP according to art. 76 par. (2) of the Law no. 99 / 2016.

The pre-selection criterion will be applied only to candidates who meet the qualification criteria. If there are equal scores, the classification of the first three rankings will be based on the highest level of the liquidity indicator, and in case of equality and for the liquidity level, ther Candidates will submit a declaration accepting the contract clauses contained in the framework agreement model and a subsequent contract in the awarding documentation (otherwise their tacit acceptance will be considered). where after the conclusion of the negotiations, the admissible tenders ranked first have scores, egbut, it will be established as the winner the lowest price offer. If the prices will be equal, you will be required to re-submit the financial proposal in a closed envelope to divide the bids, and the lowest bid will be awarded the winner.
