The subject of the contract is the production of films, radio talks, soundtracks and the provision of other professional production services. More detailed information is given in Part B. and D. Procurement Documentation. Main Site: Slovak Republic. The specific places of performance are set out in Part B. Description of the subject of the procurement contract.

The outcome of the public tender will be the agreement on the provisionservices covered by Section 83 of the GATT and Section 269 2 of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code as amended, between the successful tenderer and the public contracting authority. The subject of the order will be ordered and delivered continuously on the basis of orders. The amount, kind, extent of the ordered services will be determined in partial orders, which will be in the form of a written form and will specify all the detailsas well as the provision of the required services in accordance with the information contained in Part B and D. The contract will be effective from the day following the date of its publication in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic until 48 months after the date of entry into force of the contract. until the maximum price that the public procurement agent has available to finance the subject of the order, i 410 700 EUR excl. VAT. Provider is not obliged to use the maximum price. The actual total price will be determined by the number of services actually provided during the performance of the contract and its unit prices, not exceeding the maximum price. Compliance with the conditions of part-time may be evidenced by the Single European Document within the meaning of - 39 of the FVO, with documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of part time submissionto the applicant for the applicant pursuant to Article 55 1 of the FVO at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. Only those who meet the conditions of a person's personal status as defined in the provision of Section 32, par. 1 ZVO.

3. The proof of fulfillment of the conditions pursuant to - 32 par. 1 ZVO:

3.1 Entrant entered in the list of economic entities (hereinafter ZHS) according to -152 ZVO proves the fulfillment of the terms of a person's personal status by entering information in the ZHS or by submitting a valid confirmation of the office of enrollment in the ZHS, and if its entry in the ZHS does not contain all the documents necessary to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of part time in accordance with Article 32 (2) of the GVA valid at the time of the award of the public procurement, they shall submit these documents in their tender.chadzač, not entered in the ZHS pursuant to Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, shall be deemed to satisfy the conditions for the recognition of personal status by documents in accordance with - 32 par. 2 ZVO.

4. If the applicant or occupier has a place of business or usually resides outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of his place of business, the place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents mentioned in point 3.2 above or does not issue or equivalentnot documents, they may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the statute of his or her office, place of business or usual residence. If the right of candidate or occupation status with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate the institute of honesty, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, a body, a notary, institution or commercial institution in accordance with the rules in force in the State of establishment, place of business or usual residence of the applicant or occupier. Details on the conditions for the recognition and demonstration of personal status are set out in Section 32 of the GPA. Compliance with the conditions of the present economic and financial standing may be demonstrated by the Single European Document within the meaning of Article 39 of the FVO, dy, proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part submitted to the contracting authority by the applicant pursuant to - 55 par. 1 of the FVO at a time and in the manner specified by the contracting authority. 2.1 In accordance with - 33 par. 1 letter. (c) FVC: sublease or property or charter account or information from them.

Minimum required level of standard:

In the event that the applicant does not prove the positive value of his / her equity or, respectively, the positive value of the difference between the assets and liabilities of entities operating during the decision period in the Slovak Republic, for objective comparison of the data with Slovak entities, such entity shall also submit an affidavit regarding the positive value of its equity, positive valueof the difference between the property and the occupations, for the required period.

Deduction of the necessity and proportionality of the condition according to - 38 par. 5 ZVO:

The public procurer does not require any numerical indication, his requirement for the minimum level of the standard is reasonable and his need arises from the proof of verification and demonstration of the applicant's economic reliability, j. that the applicant does not harm the downfall, I have enough maj(eg from a bank) to provide services that are the subject of a bid that will not be covered by a full amount of financial advances and the applicant must therefore demonstrate his ability to cover the financial costs associated with the fulfillment of the subject matter of the order

2.2 In accordance with - 33 para. 1 letter. (d) FVC: Overview of-the turnover achieved in the area covered by the contract for the last 3 marketing years, for which it is available on the basis of the commencement or commencement of the activity. The public procurer will be in communication with bidders, respectively. interested parties, to proceed within the meaning of - 20 of the ZVO through the communication interface of the Josephine system, this communication communication concerns any communication andsubmissions between the contracting authority and the tenderers; interested parties during the entire procurement process. The communication will be in the Slovak language. Additional information regarding the communication of the communication is provided in the tender documents. The requirements governing the submission of tenders and their contents are set out in Part A. of the tender documents. The public procurer requires securityie offer of collaterals in the amount of EUR 20 500, -EUR. The details of the collateral are given in points 8.4.1.5 and 16 of Part A. of the tender documents. There is no need to view the place of delivery of the item in question. The contracting authority will not enter into a contract with an applicant who is required to register with the public sector partners and is not entered in the register of public sector partnersand / or subcontractors or subcontractors under a separate regulation who are required to register with the public sector partners and are not enrolled in the register of public sector partners. The public contracting authority states that, in order to determine the estimated value of the contract, the market survey was conducted in the area immediately prior to the award of the public procurementselected economic entities to evaluate the subject of the order. The contracting authority has set a time limit for the submission of tenders in this procurement to ensure that the principles of public procurement and sound financial management are respected. The public procurement is not subject to the conditions of participation, technical specifications, evaluation criteria or conditionsthe implementation of the contract by green procurement or innovation, nor is it focused on social aspects.
