Candidates can choose to answer with:

These forms mentioned in points 2.1) and 2.2) are downloadable under the conditions in point I.3) of this notice,

3) where applicable, the power (s) of the person (s) empowered to engagethe candidate. In the case of a grouping, all the elements requested in points 1), 2.2) and, where appropriate, 3) above must be sent for each member of the group.

This framework agreement applies tontend as a framework agreement executing purchase orders in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Order Code.
