The subject of this public procurement is the provision of voice and data telecommunication services to the contracting authority through a mobile operator. Main Site: Czech Republic

(a) Securing Mobile Voice Services - Tariff Unlimited ino) unlimited number of SMS messages within the EU; b) provision of mobile voice services; tariff with free minutes and SMS in the EU; c) provision of voice (SMS, MMS) voice services over the frame of services listed below. a), b), d) data-service provision of a data tariff with FUP for mobile devices (tablet, mobile phone, PC), e) international calls, f) roaming calls and data services, ro• confirmation of the SMS from the Commercial Register or other similarly the record of the fulfillment of the professional competence shall be proved by the supplier by submitting a commercial register or other analogous register if another legal regulation requires such registration. • Certification of the Czech Telecommunication Office pursuant to Section 14 of Act no. 127/2005 Coll., The Electronic Communications Act and the change of some related parties(hereinafter referred to as "ZEK") for the communication of communication activities pursuant to Section 13 of the Act. The Contractor shall be obliged to announce the activities for the services which are the subject of this public procurement, for the whole territory of the Czech Republic, provided these activities undertake the reporting obligations according to ZEK.
