AFA.2 Orientation on the object

Danderyds municipality invites interested parties to submit tenders regarding this framework agreement before success.Essential call-off of handicraft services in the area Plate and roofing (incl. snow removal, ice removal). Danderyds municipality wants to work closely with its framework contract suppliers in order to jointly develop and improve the municipality`s deliveries to the residents. The cooperation must build on competence, confidence and professionalism. Together we will create in an efficient and structured waythe added value for the residents in Danderyds municipality

Danderyds municipality`s ambition is to sign agreements with three suppliers. The agreement mainly covers activities prior to planned maintenance, but may also refer to missions for remedial actions. Danderyds municipality has agreements for real estate operations with an operating supplier. The service provider handles all remedial actions and canwill be called off services from this agreement.

The ranking is applied before assignments up to 15 price base amounts. The tenderer who has received the best tender according to the evaluation criteria is ranked as number 1 and must be asked first when ordering. The tenderer who has received the second highest bid is ranked as number 2 and is to be asked if ranking no. 1 is not possible.t to take that assignment or not respond within the stipulated time frame. Rank # 3 is then applied for. This means that all three framework contract suppliers will be invited and submit bids in competition. In the case of renewed competitive exposure, the choice of suppliers shall be made with regard to anyone, someor all of the criteria listed below exert agreed minimum requirements:

Danderyds municipality does not guarantee any specific volume, but the tenderer undertakes to deliver against the actual needs that arise. Today, the agreement has sales of just over SEK 11 million. Danderyds Municipality reserves the right to procure services within the above-mentioned professional area. In new procurement, framework contract suppliers are given the same opportunity to participate as other suppliers on the market.

However, the value of the framework agreement will not exceed SEK 20, 000, 000. This constitutes the ceiling volume of the framework agreement.
