Requirement no. 1 - Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 177 of Law 99 / 2016.

Completing and presenting the Declaration on non-compliance with the situations provided in art. 177 of Law 99 / 2016.

To be completed by the Lead Partner, Associate, Supporter, Subcontractor, as the case may be.

The economic operator will complete the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE) 202 asmoothly. (1) of Law 99 / 2016.

The inclusion in the situation provided by art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016 on the sectoral procurement entails the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure for awarding the contract. 2 - Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 178, art. 179 and art. 180 (par.) Of Law 99 / 2016.

Filling in and submission of Declaration on non-compliance in the prescribed situations-to art. 178, art. 179 and art. 180 of Law 99 / 2016.

To be completed by the Lead Partner, Associate, Third Party Supporter, Subcontractor, as the case may be. The economic operator will fill in the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE).

Incorporating the situation provided for in art. 178 and art. 180 of Law no. 99/2016 entails the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure for awarding the sectoral contract. 3 - Neicompliance with the situations stipulated in art. 73 of Law 99 / 2016.

Presentation and completion of the Declaration on non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 73 of Law 99 / 2016.

It will be filled in both by the bidder and the associate, the third supporter, the subcontractor, as the case may be.

The economic operator will complete the Unique European Procurement Acquis (DUAE) 202 par. (1) of Law 99/2016.
