Assistance in the functional analysis of IT projects in the management system of non-IACS support

The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance services the functional analysis of IT project management systems outside IACS. He covers the missifollowing:

Main Site: Limoges

The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance in the functional analysis of IT projects in the AICC-based Aid Management System. It covers the following missions:

- animation of the AMOA / MOA workshops to understand the need 'to make' and write the reports of these workshops,

- contribution to the writing of the expressirequirements,

- drafting of the general functional specifications,

- animation of the AMOA / MOE workshops to present the specifications and writing of the reports of these workshops,

- validation of the detailed functional specifications given by the MOE,

- validation of the notebooks of functional recipe,

- redaction of the recipes of functional recipe,

- redaction of the manuals usedtrainers and training materials,

- training animation,

- support for user assistance in the analysis of complex incidents.

The market runs within the limits of a minimum of 420 units of work and a maximum of 3 360 units of work.

- the candidate's declaration or the printed form DC 2 accessible at the following address: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/forms-declaration-candidat - to ensure that the individual candidate or each memberThe grouping shall have sufficient economic, financial, professional and technical capacity for the execution of the framework agreement, namely:

- declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover the area of activity covered by the framework agreement, ie the activity of the AMOA, and covering at most the last 3 financial yearsdepending on the date of creation of the undertaking or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available,

- all documents proving its competence on the purpose of the framework agreement, its experience and its detailed references in relation to the subject of the framework agreement and in particular a list of the main services simidone in the past 3 years in a similar organizational and operational context by indicating the size of the teams mobilized and specifying the amount, the date and the public and private recipient or any other document demonstrating its ability to perform the services.

NB: if the candidate does not have the requested references, he will provide any means of-equivalent evidence to justify a sufficient level of professional competence to execute the framework agreement. The buyer accepts that the candidate presents his candidacy in the form of a Single European Market Document drawn up in accordance with the model fixed by the regulation of the European Commission, in place of the documents mentioned in article 48 of the decree relative to thepublic markets. In support of their offer, the candidates produce the following elements:

1) the act of engagement (ASP model) full information, date, sign and stamp of the person authorized to represent the company (the same person signing all documents), and its annex; reminder: the signing of the act of engagement is possible but is not mandatory. Only the informante that his offer is successful will be required to sign it. In order to avoid any delay in the notification, the candidates are invited to sign the act of commitment in their offer;

2) the eventual request for acceptance and approval of the terms of payment of one or more sub- dealing with (3) the technical brief in response to the requirements of the CCTP including:

- 5 equivalent profiles, such as-specified in the CCTP, illustrious in the form of anonymous CVs corresponding to the requirements of the said CCTP (Article 2.1.2), which can be made available to the ASP for the performance of the expected services,

- examples of comparable missions carried out by these as well as the description of the means envisaged to mobilize the resources necessary for the performance of the services,

- a partye on the overall understanding of the project as well as the different tasks and deliverables expected in the CCTP (Article 2.4).
