The offer relates to the operation of other Praehospital Units (0PE) in the form of emergency vehicles, paramedic cars and emergency vehicles.

Main Site: The region of northern Jutland. Reference is made to the requirement specification.

Nordjylland Region today uses 0 other Praehospital Units (0PE) som supplement to the ambulance service. The emergency preparedness for other Praehospitale Units currently consists of 2 emergency vehicles with a location in Aalborg and Hj-rring, 5 paramedicine cars located in Fars0, Frederikshavn, Thisted, Hobro and Brovst, and 2 emergency cars located in Hals and Skagen, the latter only during the summer months June, July and August. Regional Council in the Region of North Jutland Now wishes to take a lookThe contract includes the operation of emergency vehicles, paramedicines and emergency vehicles, cf. section 2.1 of the requirements specification. A contract is expected for the expected initial number of 0PE as described in more detail in Section 2.1 of the requirements specification and as defined in Point 1 of the Contract0.3. Expected start of operation is per. 01/10/2019. The date of start-up of the contract is preceded by a contractual signing. - The tenderer must deliver a "European-wide tender document" (also known as "ESPD") in which the tenderer must make a declaration of the following: - - Whether the tenderer is covered by the grounds for exclusion in Section 135 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1-3 (mandatory excludedgrounds for participation in criminal organization, bribery, fraud, acts of terrorism, money laundering, child labor, unpaid debt etc.) and - Whether the tenderer is covered by the exclusionary grounds in the Public Procurement Act section 136 (mandatory grounds for conflicts of interest, distortion of competition, gross incorrect information, etc.), and

- Whether the tenderer is covered by the grounds for exclusion inSection 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 1 (optional grounds for breach of obligations in environmental, social or labor law), and

- Whether the tenderer is covered by the grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 (optional grounds for bankruptcy, insolvency or liquidity treatment, reconstruction, resigned business and similar situationIn the case of associations of tenderers (consortium), each participant in the association must attach a separate ESPD which includes the abovementioned declarations.

No control offer will be issued, but the contracting entity will carry out a check calculation. At the present time, the financing of the loan to the emergency car in Hj-rring has not been granted. There is thus uncertainty about whether the Initial aNumerous 0PE related emergency vehicles will include an emergency car in Hj-rring. As an alternative, there may be the order of a further paramedicine car for operation in Hj-rring. The question is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2018.
