The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of a self-operating wood drying oven with access to and use of wood waste.

Complaint materials

The following services must be part of the subject matter of the contract:

- Shipping the subject of the order to Myhundreds of fulfillment

- installation and installation of the subject matter of the contract and all necessary parts for successful installation and commissioning,

- configuration of the subject matter of the contract, testing of the functionality and serviceability of the subject matter of the contract,

- protocolar delivery of the subject of the contract,

- training of public contract staff regarding the operation including instruction for routine operation and maintenance,

- handing over documentsIII.1.1.1) Applicants must comply with the conditions of participation specified in Section 32 (1). 1 of the Public Procurement Act and their fulfillment according to the provisions of - 32 para. 2 Procurement Act.III.1.1.3) If the applicant, the place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and his / her institution, place of business or habitual residence do not extradite any of the documents listed in the provision of - 32 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, or does not issue equivalent documents, may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the Stateo sidings, places of business or habitual residence.

III.1.1.4) If the applicant's place of residence, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not governed by an institute of honorary pronouncement, he may replace it by a declaration made before the barrel, the right body, the notary, another professional institute or business institute according to the regulations in force in the state of his institution, place of businessof the applicant or the habitual residence of the applicant. 3 of the Public Procurement Act recognizes an equivalent record or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State to which the applicant proves that the conditions of participation in the public procurement have been met. The contracting authority must also accept other equivalent documents submitted by the tenderer.

III.1.1.6.The applicants demonstrate that the conditions for participation in the public procurements relating to the personal status of each member of the group are met separately. The entitlement to supply goods, to carry out construction work or to provide a service shall be demonstrated by the group member only in relation to the part of the contract which is to be provided to me.

III.1.1.7) The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents to prove compliance with the conditions of participation.through the form of the Uniform European Document under - 39 of the Public Procurement Act.

VI.3.1) Public contingency pursuant to Section 66 para. 7 public procurement is implemented through the electronic public procurement information system (hereinafter referred to as "EVO"), which is available at www.uvo.gov.sk. Further information on the way in which communication is communicated is given in the supporting documents.only request for clarification):

VI.3.2.1) In case of ambiguity or need for explanation of the information needed to elaborate the offer, proposal and to prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation, an interested person may request their explanation by means of the EVO system. Explanation of the information needed to prepare the offer, propose and demonstrate compliance with the conditions of participation of the contracting authority without delaye to become interested by EVO, at least six days before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, provided that an explanation is given in advance. Explanation on the submitted question can be found in the EVO in question Answered questions and currently in the profile in the Documents section.

VI.3.2.2) The contracting authority recommends to request an explanation in advance of the expiration(b) the time limits for the submission of tenders, so that the contracting authority is able to provide an explanation of the information needed to draw up the tender and to demonstrate that the conditions of participation are met by all known interested parties, no later than 6 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. VI.3.3) In the context of this public complaint, I apply the provisions of - 66 para. 7 of the Public Procurement Act, ie the public contracting authority will evaluate the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to - 40 of the Public Procurement Act after the bid evaluation pursuant to - 53 of the Public Procurement Act

VI.3.4) Applicant shall submit documents provingcompliance with the conditions of participation by electronic means through the EVO system as scanned documents. VI.3.7

VI.3.8) The contracting authority shall allow inspection of the place of delivery of the contract subject to the conditions set out in the supporting documents. ods. 1 of the Civil Code and

VI.3.10) Public procurement in question is the acquisition of innovation, there is no public procurement and it is not a procurement of social aspects.
