The subject of the order is the delivery of various food products, including services related to their delivery to the place of delivery. More detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents

Public procurement can be attended by an economic entity that fulfills exhaustively determined conditions for participationlearns personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the outcome). 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, respectively. according to - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. Applicant with seat or place of business in WordRepublic, which is not registered in the list of economic entities, is not obliged to submit to the contracting authority 2 pism. e) of the Act. 1 pism. (e) the law requires the tenderer to prove that he is entitled to supply the goods corresponding to the subject of the contract.opsky document according to - 39 par. 1 zakona. Demonstration of the conditions of participation is also done to the contracting authority in accordance with - 152 para.

An applicant entered in the list of economic entities under the Act is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to - 32 para.

The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities.or a certificate of registration issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, by means of which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure have been fulfilled. The contracting authority shall also accept other equivalent documents submitted by the tenderer.If a group of suppliers is involved in the procurement procedure, it is required to show compliance with the conditions for participation in respect of personal status for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. 4. The costs associated with participation in this tendering procedure shall be borne in full by the candidates / tenderers without any action against the contracting authority. Explanation of the information necessary to draw up the tender and to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation, V.Ob. shall be promptly notified in accordance with the SP in question no later than 6 days before the expiry of theprovided that the interested party seeks an explanation sufficiently in advance. A specimen of the Single European Document is annexed no. 6 SP.

7. A group of suppliers does not have to create a certain true form, but it must determine the lids of a group of suppliers. All members of such a group of suppliers made to deliver the subject of the contract shall be authorized by one of the members of the group of suppliers to act on behalf of all members.and to act on behalf of the group in case of acceptance of their bid, signature of the framework agreement and communication / responsibility in the process of implementation of the framework agreement. In the event of acceptance of a bid by a group of suppliers, the group of suppliers shall be required to conclude and submit to the contracting authority, before signing the framework agreement, either:it clearly states the mutual rights and obligations of who will participate in the performance of the contract, as well as the fact that all members of the group of suppliers are bound by obligations to the contracting authority jointly and severally. V.Ob. requires the successful tenderer to submit the data, documents and documents referred to in point 36.5 of the CM at the latest at the time of conclusion of the Framework Agreement.
