The procurement includes delivery of food products for home social patronage, homesfor the elderly, social enterprise "Public Dining Room" and baby milk kitchen on the territory of Rousse municipality in 3 positions. The quantities of the indicated foodstuffs for each lot are estimated, approximately necessary for 24 months and are in accordance with the budget. line items and their estimated quantities for 24 months arelisted in the attached Excel spreadsheets. Any indication in the product applications of a standard, specific model, source or specific process, trademark, patent, type or specific origin or production shall read "or equivalent".

The estimated quantity of foodstuffs from the specified group of foods in the heading according to the annexes to the technical specification is 852 370 kg / pc. in the Register of Objects for Food Production and Trade, respciting the requirements for the production and marketing of the offered products, registered as a permanent establishment in accordance with Art. 12 of the Food Act, as follows:

The terms and conditions for the retention or release of the performance guarantee shall be laid down in the contract.

Important: In cases where a tenderer submits an offer for more than 1 lot, in the sealed opaque packaging for each of the items the separately submitted documents under items 2.1 to p.2.5 (inclusive) of the procurement documents and individual opaque envelopes labeled "Offered Price Parameters" (item 2.6 of the procurement documents), indicating the lot to which they apply.

That is why, with such frequency of supply and the vital need to supply social establishments and infant milk kitchens with food for the contracting authority, there is an ongoing need for continuous and regular supply of foodstuffs, interruption of which would directly affect children and disadvantaged people. position.
