Supply of grocery items (deep-frozen products, eggs, olive oil, sunflower oil) for the years 2020 and 2021 and is compiled for the feeding needs of infants and infants hostedin the Nursery Schools .

Main Site: The items to be procured will be delivered to sites designated by the Law of the Ministry of Agriculture, with the signing of the relevant contract.

The olive oil should be available in a 5 liter package (if possible in plastic container, otherwise, 5 liter metal packaging). It should be a product with a perfect aroma and taste, with an acidity of no more than 1%. It shall be delivered in a package approved for food preservation indicating the name, category, net weight, manufacturer or packager, lot number, date of minimum durability, storage conditions and quality assurance and food as defined by their respective certification bodies.

All frozento be air-tight, seamlessly packed, up to 1, 000 gr. and the production date with delivery to the legal person does not exceed five (5) months. Frozen products must comply with all European regulations, Greek legislation and the relevant provisions and the Code of Food and Beverages. Frozen vegetables will preferably be cleaneddomestic production or EU origin A 'quality packed with the freezing date and expiry date will have their lively normal color and will meet the conditions and specifications of the relevant provisions on the marketing of frozen vegetables, wholly excluding the supply of frozen vegetables of the lower quality of the first.

Eggs must be of quality A, vo comply with the applicable provisions of the Greek legislation and the provisions of the EU, and be of medium weight from 53 to 63 g. Be intact and clean, milled A' category with the necessary markings, based on the texts clean displays and the date of production. The weight control will be determined by weighing a certain number of eggs, by the receiving committee. Delivery is three (3) days from the date of the recording. The product shall meet the conditions referred to in Article 87 of the CMC.

Sunflower oil shall be seed oil of sunflower seed, A quality, clear, with a pale color and light taste. 2-liter trade packaging: the manufacturer will be listed, the total of the data he certifiesthe product and its expiry date.

The prices for the items have been taken from the price certificate issued by the Commercial Department of the Region in question, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 3438/2006.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to commercial or industrial or craft-related activity, For the current procurement process, economic operators must have the necessary financial capacity for the three financial years preceding the year of the financial year (in connection with, for example, but the date of establishment of the economic operator or the start of operations). In particular, the minimum level of adequacy to be met by the tenderer to be awarded is an average annual turnover for that period of at least 30% of its estimated value group, for which they bid, without VAT.
