Hanke eesmaergiks on solmida raamleping/lepingud-2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21 for Harku rural municipality schools (Tabasalu Uehisgemnaasium, Muraste School, Vaeaena-Joesuu School, Vaeaena Moisakool, Harkujaerve Pohikool) and kindergartens (Tabasalu Tibutare Kindergarten, Tabasalu Teelahkme Kindergarten, P-hk-ht Kindergarten, Rannameisi Kindergarten, Alasniidu kindergarten, Harku kindergarten, Harkujaerve kindergarten) for the purchase of food with delivery. Framework agreement (s)-on the basis of separate contracts for the period 3.12.2018 (presumably) until 31.8.2019, 1.9.2019 31.08.2020 and 1.9.2020 31.8.2021.

The first stage of the procurement is the signing of the framework agreement / contracts for 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21 for the years of operation Harku rural municipality schools (Tabasalu Uehisgemnaasium, Muraste School, Vaeaena-Joesuu School, Vaeaena Moisakool, Harkujaerve Pohikool) and kindergartens (Tabasalu Tibutare Kindergarten, TaBasal Kindergarten, Kindergarten at Pankape, Rannamois kindergarten, Alasniide kindergarten, Harku kindergarten, Harku--nur-- kindergarten) for the purchase of food with delivery. On the basis of the framework agreement (s), separate contracts will be awarded for the period 3.12.2018 (presumably) until 31.8.2019, 1.9.2019 31.08.2020 and 1.9.2020 31.8.2021.

1) The net profit for the tenderer's last three financial years (2015-2017) must beat least 10, 000 EUR per year. The tenderer will provide the net provider fee for the provider of the form 4. The contracting authority has the right to verify the accuracy of the data submitted in the annual reports published in the register of registers.
