Public tender for the purchase of food for the prison of Champ-Dollon

The State of Geneva seeks to acquire the detailed food in the specifications which are intended for the kitchen of the prison of Champ-Dollon.

Fresh fruit.

1) recent extract from the commercial register;

2) recent extract from the Office of Prosecution and Bankruptcy;

3) balance sheet or figurebusiness of the last 3 years;

4) statement indicating the size of the permanent workforce of the company and the apprentices;

5) description of the proposed organization and the guarantees offered to fill the market and in particular to respect the delivery time;

6) declaration of respect for the principles of sustainable development (see Annex 2)

Partial offers are admitted.

Negotiations uppermand, including the decision to award a bid, negotiations are prohibited.

Indication of the remedies: an appeal may be lodged against the present invitation to tender, within 10 days of its publication, with the Administrative Chamber of the Court of Justice, 10 rue Saint-Leger, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1.
