The contractor will meet the condition if he shows that he has: - the current administrative decision of the competent county veterinarian on the approval, conditional approval or prolongation of conditional approval of establishments, 20 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act of 16.12. On products of animal origin (Journal of Laws no2017, pos. 242 t. J.) Or the current administrative decision of the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspection on the approval, conditional approval, prolongation of conditional approval of establishments which produce or market non-animal foods or market products of animal origin not covered by the official inspection of inspection bodiesand Veterinary, in accordance with Art. 62 (1) (2) of the Act of 25.8.2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 149, as amended), or a certificate of entry in the register of establishments pursuant to Art. 62 sec. 1 pt. 4, in conjunction with Art. Article 67 3 point 6 of the Act of 25.8.2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 149, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 29.8.2006.On model specimens for the registration and approval of establishments producing or marketing food subject to official control of the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws 2007, No. 106, item 730). Hold a document permitting you to carry out activities in the scope of the subject of the order issued in accordance with the orderin the Contractor's State.
