MaintenancePreventive and corrective Fire Safety Systems (SSI).

Letter of Application (Form DC1), including:

- a declaration on the honor certifying that the candidate has satisfied all of his tax and social obligations (Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and ArticlesL. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of handicapped workers),

- if the candidate is in receivership, the copy or copies of judgments pronounced for this purpose. The companies will have to justify their authorization to continue their activity during the foreseeable duration of the execution of the framework agreement (article 45-3-c of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015).rd-cadre is financed from the state budget and paid by administrative transfer, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the holder's payment request.

The framework agreement will be concluded at mixed prices: fixed prices for preventive maintenance services and unit prices for corrective maintenance.

A) advance under conditions, corresponding to 5% of theminimum amount of the framework agreement;

B) quarterly installments by transfers for flat-rate benefits; payment upon receipt of benefits for unitary services;

C) revisable prices.

The framework agreement will be concluded:

- either with a single economic operator,

- or with a group of economic operators.

The same economic operator can not be a proxy for more than one groupfor a single framework agreement. It is forbidden to make an offer by acting both as an individual candidate and as a member of one or more groups. In the case of a group of economic operators, no legal form is imposed by the representative of the contracting authority. However, in the case of a joint grouping, the mandatary will be obligatorily in solidarity, for the executionn of the framework agreement, of each member of the group for its contractual obligations vis---vis the representative of the contracting authority. The composition of the grouping can only be modified, between the date of submission of tenders and the date of signature of the framework agreement, under the conditions set out in Article 45-IV of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

The site visit is mandatory pfor each batch. A certificate of site visit will be issued, signed by a service representative, and must be attached to the offer. Its absence will lead to the elimination of the offer.

In order to reach the site (s), companies will have to contact the persons in charge of the different branches of the USAID of Strasbourg (see Article 4.4 of the consultation rules), in order to agree on a makez you. A 10 days notice must be respected.

Visits will no longer be allowed 5 calendar days before the submission date.
