The subject of the order is the supply of a specialized technological line for the production of innovative fish feeds on a scale experimental, which includes the following devicesenia and equipment:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a specialized technological line for the production of innovative fish feed on an experimental scale, which includes the following devices and equipment:
- 20 pieces of containers for storing feed components,
- silo for storing loose materials together with mechanical loading and unloading system,
- roller crusher,
- crushdisc baler,
- platform scale,
- precision balance,
- spiral mixer with moving head,
- horizontal mixer for loose components with the option of adding liquids,
- exogenous screw extruder for feed,
- granular cooler,
- conveyor conveyor belt for granules,
- container dryer with forced air circulation and carts with sieves for drying the material,
- granulate crumbler,
- screenfor granules,
- laboratory shaker with a set of sieves,
- vacuum greasing machine,
- 40 pieces of air-tight containers for storing feed,
- picking and delivery of goods to the city of Muchocin, assembly in indicated rooms and commissioning.

The Employer requires thatThe contractor proceeded to remove the failure within 48 hours of notification.
The Employer requires a minimum 12-month warranty for all equipment included in the technological line.

According to art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals within connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "GDPR", I inform that:

c) The purposes of processing personal data
UPP in Poznań processes your personal data for the purpose related to this public procurement procedure;
d) Legal basis for data processing
Processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (legal basis from art. 6 clause 1 lit. c) GDPR) and the Public Procurement Law;
e) Information on recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be disclosed to persons or entities to whom documentation of the procedure will be made available, pursuant to art. 8 and art. 96 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law;
f) The period for which personal data will be stored
The data will be stored for a period of 4 years from the date of termination of the postProceedings to award the contract, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, the storage period covers the entire duration of the contract;
g) Your obligation to provide your personal data directly regarding you is a statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law related to participation in public procurement proceedings; consequences of not providing specific datah arise from the Public Procurement Law;
h) With respect to your personal data, decisions will not be taken in an automated manner, applying to art. 22 GDPR;
i) You have:
- pursuant to art. 15 GDPR, the right to access your personal data concerning you;
- pursuant to art. 16 GDPR, the right to rectify your personal data;
- pursuant to art. 18 GDPR, the right to demand from the administratorlimiting the processing of personal data subject to the cases referred to in art. 18 clause 2 GDPR;
- the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
j) You are not entitled:
in connection with art. 17 clause 3 lit. b, d or e RODO the right to delete personal data;
- praw material for transferring personal data referred to in art. 20 GDPR;
- pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data, because the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR;
k) A Contract for entrusting the processing of personal data will be concluded between the Contractor and the Employer.
