Hygiene and cleanliness services for the CEA Tech Nouvelle-Aquitaine Cœur Bersol de Bordeaux site

Implementation of a cleaning contract on the CEA Tech site in Bordeaux .

Main Site: CEA Tech Pessac (33600).

The contract will concern the setting up of a cleaning service on the Pessac site and includes servicesfollowing:

- site cleaning and cleanliness (see above),

- rat and insect control action,

- collection of non-hazardous waste, including the supply, management of containers and waste of 10 feminine hygiene bins,

- management of the supply and stocks of sanitary consumables and consumables of conviviality spaces,

- management of signage ascompany with fields of action,

- operation of cleaning the exterior facades of the building on the ground floor,

- cleaning of cotton coats,

- annual cleaning of the carpets.

The application must be composed imperatively of the following elements:

- the DC1 form (letter of application and authorization of the representative by his co-contractors) or a letter of application signed by an authorized persontee to hire the candidate or empowering the representative of a group to represent the group accompanied by an attestation of honor containing all the information requested on page 3 of this form,

- form DC2 (declaration of the candidate individual or group member) (or equivalent).

— when it belongs to a group, a certificate certifying its commercial autonomy and its competitive position vis---vis the other companies of the group.

If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is unable to produce the requested information and documents, he is authorized to prove its economic and financial capacity by any other means.

If they are unable to produce some of the documents requested in this contract notice, they can justify their financial and professional capacities by other means than those indicated in this notice and in particular by the presentation of titles or the professional experience of their manager (s).
