Strategic support and content production for SNCF at the Feminin

SNCF at Feminin is a network dedicated to women, open to men, which aims to move the lines of the mixite at all levels. The market consists in accompanying it on its strategy of communication and digital animation.nsi that to produce contents for its Internet site.

2 types of services:

- strategic accompaniment of communication and digital animation: advice on a strategy of mix of the channels, an editorial line adapted to the different targets and channels ...

- production of contents: about 10 contents per month (edito, number of the month, advice sheet, page culture ...), and a monthly newsletter.Candidates must enclose with their application form the following documents and information: - the duly completed document accompanied by all the documents required in the tab according to the methods specified in the tab. This form (Excel document of the Microsoft Office Suite) is available at https://sncf.bravosolution.com/web/login.html and must be returned toits format of origin Excel.

In the event of a group application, each of the required documents must be sent for each member of the grouping, except for the DC1, DC2 and the above mentioned documents which will have to be completed for the grouping.

Lorsquethe candidates want to demonstrate the capabilities of other economic operators, they must justify the capabilities of these operators as well as the fact that they will have them for the execution of the market.

Applicants must attach to their application form the documents and the following information (in the case of a group application, each of the following items must be forwarded byeach of the members of the group): - a statement indicating, for each of the last four financial years available, the overall annual turnover and the turnover relating to the services covered by the contract, to be entered in the tab. of the document,

- a copy of the last balance sheet, or extracts of balance sheets, economic operators for which the establishment of the balance sheets is obligatounder the law,

- a copy of the profit and loss accounts for the last 3 financial years available,

- a statement showing, for each of the past 3 financial years, the annual average workforce of the enterprise and the number of `` framing, `` - where appropriate, a description of the consistency of the financial relationship that binds the subsidiary to the parent-house, the relationship of membership to suchroup,

- where appropriate, an appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks.

SNCF issues this notice in his name and on his behalf.

The present consultation is carried out within the framework of the negotiated procedure with call for competition, object of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.
